- Customer removes all small furniture and breakables
- AllCityPainting will move all furniture into the center of the
room when specified on the contract

- Walls are scuff-sanded until smooth
- Repaired areas are primed
Painting
- Paint is applied with a brush or roller depending on the surface
- Ceiling and walls are painted to proper coverage and finish color
- Clean cut lines between trim & walls
- Only premium quality paints are used such as Benjamin Moore Regal/AquaGlo
Behr and Ralph Lauren
Clean Up
- Furniture is moved back to original positions
- Wall and ceiling fixtures are replaced
- Floors and carpets are swept
- All garbage is removed
- Touch-up paint is labeled and left with the customer
Inspection of Work
- First our crew will do a final inspection on their own to ensure
that all work is complete as agreed on the contract, that there are not any touch
ups and that all cleanup is complete
- Second the crew will ask the customer to inspect the job and any
areas of concern will be noted on a 'punch list'
- Once all areas are complete and to the customers satisfaction, the
customer is to sign off on the job as to its completeness and submit the final payment
